Vehicle decals and stickers can turn any vehicle into an effective promotional tool. Windshield stickers usually refer to car windows, but they could just as easily be used on storefronts or other clear surfaces.

Thermal die-cut stickers are the perfect option when your design has multiple colors. A thermal die-cut sticker design does not have any background material, which requires a metal die to cut the shape of the design and letters.

Keep in mind when creating a design that a thermal die-cut sticker needs to have the lettering and the elements in the design large enough that sticker material will stick to the premask backing. If there is not enough material to keep the premask from sticking, it will make the application difficult. 

The cost of a die is determined by the size and intricacy of the shape and the number of "picks" to weed out the material that is not part of the design. Smaller sticker designs require more die cavities. The die is a minimal one-time fee, but the long-term benefits are invaluable. We have in-house die-making and cutting capabilities.

There is no minimum or maximum quantity you are required to purchase. We are a custom printer. All of the printing, die cutting, pre-pressing, and packaging are done in-house.

Windshield Lettering Vinyl Decals Plotter Vinyl Cut Decals (lettering or graphics that are cut with a computer-controlled plotter) are not printed and are supplied on a masking sheet for easy application. Plotter-cut windshield stickers are more cost-effective for small quantities. A die is not required.
